Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers, building strong relationships.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products and services effectively.
- Negotiate and close deals in line with sales targets.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
- Provide tailored consultations to help clients choose the right solutions.
- Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Prepare periodic reports on performance, sales progress, and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in software or business solutions.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of ERP, CRM, and business software (a plus).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM Software, and modern sales tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, with English proficiency preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
